What is guaranteed rent?
We lease your property for three to seven years and pay you a fixed rent every month, whether or not the property is occupied. You don't deal with tenants, voids or arrears.
What happens if the property is empty?
You are still paid. Rent only pauses while you carry out repairs that are your responsibility under the lease.
How long is the lease?
Three to seven years, then month to month on the same terms.
Are there any fees?
No. We don't charge commission or management fees.
Who looks after repairs?
We handle minor repairs. Major repairs and the structure of the property stay with you, as set out in the lease.
Who will live in my property?
People housed through our work with local authorities, housing providers and central government contracts. Hills Consortium Ltd is your tenant and manages the property for the whole lease.

Who offers guaranteed rent in east London?

Can I end the lease early?
The notice terms are set out in the lease, and we take you through them before you sign.
